Villa Bromar

2010 - PRINCIPALITY OF MONACO

2 bis boulevard des Moulins

Formerly an industrial building, it was converted to house a bank and its vault when the Casino gardens were developed. Transforming this 4-storey mansion into a private residence required major reinforcement, stabilization and redistribution work. Today, it's a 2,500 m2 palace with facades restored to their original, hand-crafted ceramics. The third basement was designed to accommodate an indoor swimming pool and hammam, for an added touch of comfort and well-being, while the second basement houses fitness equipment and a home cinema. The roof terrace with pool and Jacuzzi overlooks the Casino gardens.
