At 170m high, Tour Odéon is Monaco’s tallest building – a slender, sculptural icon of lightness and transparency that blends seamlessly with the Mediterranean skyline.
VINCI Construction, one of the world’s leading players in building and civil engineering, carried out the construction. SATRI, a subsidiary of Groupe Marzocco, also played a decisive role, bringing its expertise to the interiors of several apartments and the spectacular penthouse.
This project, which began in 2009 and saw the delivery of its first apartments in 2015, brought together up to 1,400 workers. Both striking and refined, Tour Odéon bridges sea and sky. Over 49 floors, it offers 60 apartments ranging from three to seven rooms, two 1,200m² duplexes, and an extraordinary 3,500m² five-floor penthouse, complete with a private pool.

The eclectic and refined Pinto style is synonymous with luxury. Just like Groupe Marzocco, every project by Cabinet Alberto Pinto reflects an extraordinary attention to detail. At Tour Odéon, the two companies express their shared pursuit through haute couture interiors that blend diverse influences to create a truly bespoke atmosphere. The studio carefully considered volume, space, light and materials to give each apartment its own exceptional character.
The stylish and tastefully designed bedrooms are havens of pure comfort and tranquility with a spaciousness that is enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling glass walls and seemingly endless views of the Mediterranean below. Bathrooms and kitchens offer a blend of practicality and impeccable style. Each is fitted out to the highest specification with the most advanced appliances from the most prestigious and respected names in these fields.
The entrance hall impresses with its monumental architecture and elegance. Noble materials create a luminous and welcoming atmosphere, while the white marble vault and silver dome provide a spectacular and rare volume.
Tour Odéon offers breathtaking panoramic views, expansive terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, a strong sense of functionality, sophisticated interiors and premium materials, but these elements also go hand in hand with services worthy of a grand hotel. This unique combination of exceptional architecture and an outstanding concierge service is a true first. Available seven days a week, Golden Services offers practical amenities such as reservations and valet parking, along with a range of à la carte options for truly bespoke living.
To further enhance the sense of wellbeing, the 1,800m² Odéon Spa has been conceived as a peaceful sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. The heated pool, hammam, sauna, Russian bath, jacuzzis and bar provide a truly unique experience. A selection of treatments and massages are offered on the first floor, either in one of the five dedicated treatment rooms or in a private suite for two, which has its own sauna and jacuzzi. On the second level, the fitness area is fitted with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment for strength training, cardio and spinning. There is also a private room that can be booked for sessions with a personal trainer.
The Odéon Café by Cipriani launched in late 2016, expanding the residence’s array of services with lunch, dinner, and a catering menu. The café is run by the team behind the iconic Cipriani Monte-Carlo restaurant and offers a menu infused with the same exquisite Italian flair that earned the restaurant its legendary reputation.
