This old industrial building and bank – with its own vault – was transformed into a villa during the reorganization of the Casino’s gardens. Transforming this four-storey mansion into a private home entailed important reinforcement, stabilisation and reconfiguration work. Today, the 2,500 m2 palace’s facades have been restored to their former glory thanks to identical hand-made ceramic tiles. The third basement level was redesigned to house a swimming pool and steam bath for an extra touch of comfort and well-being, while the second basement level now contains a fitness centre and a home cinema.
