1992 - Principauté de Monaco
2 Boulevard de Suisse
Inspired by Roman villas of Antiquity, the Villa de Rome marked a turning point in the history of the Groupe Marzocco. Behind the facade of mouldings and columns of pink Portuguese marble hide spacious and prestigious apartments. It was a break from the real-estate trend for small spaces that was then the norm in Monaco. Villa de Rome was not only a new offer, one better adapted to the Principality’s clientele, but also a new stage in the group’s development.
